Elegant mid-19th Century mahogany Marine Stick Barometer; the slender case, square in cross-section, with ring suspension over engraved ivory register plates, signed by the makers and unusually trimmed with glazed brass-frame; the trunk inset with mercury Fahrenheit thermometer also protected by brass framed cover, and terminating in cylindrical brass cistern cover. Mounted on replaced brass gimbals.
